Jennifer Rose Kassidy is an Australian-born author whose work explores real events shaped by risk, movement, and reinvention.

Her memoir Jenster is not a story about surviving the unthinkable. It's about how a single chain of ordinary events can quietly take you apart — and what it takes to put yourself back together. It traces a chain of decisions that began with a weekend escape in 1994 and led to an international investigation involving deception, financial loss, and law enforcement across multiple countries.

Now based in Minnesota, she is developing new work in historical memoir — drawn to the people who didn't make the history books, but need to have their story told. She is currently exploring the life of Madeleine Vionnet, the French couturière who revolutionised fashion — and whose deeply personal story has never been fully told.
